How long can you hold my order for pickup at a Red Apple retail store?

We totally get it! Timing is everything when it comes to your purchase. At Red Apple, we've got your back and we're all about flexibility based on the time of year. When you're checking out, you'll have the opportunity to select the day and time that works best for you. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing that your order will be ready when you need it.

But here's the deal: once your order is ready, you have 72 hours from the selected pickup date and time to collect it. If you don't swing by within that period, we'll cancel the order and refund it to Red Apple Cash store credit so you can place it again later on a more convenient date.

For same-day pickup orders, verification and fulfillment can take up to 24 hours. Wait for the “order is ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.
