How do your fireworks ship?
🏗️ How Your Fireworks Ship (a.k.a. The Pallet Situation)
All orders are shipped on pallets—those big wooden platforms that make your fireworks feel like royalty in transit. 👑
Here’s what to expect:
- 🚛 Your order ships on a pallet (or more, depending on how epic your haul is).
- 📦 Each pallet fits about 8–10 products on average.
- ⚖️ Most orders = 1 pallet, weighing in at 250–350 lbs. That’s like a baby elephant of pure explosive joy. 🐘✨
- 📦📦 Got more than 350 lbs of fireworks coming your way? You’ll get multiple pallets. Don’t worry, we’ll handle all the logistics—you just make room at the end of the driveway for the delivery, or in your vehicle if you're planning to pick up your order at one of our Fireworks Pickup Spots!
Pallet shipping helps keep your fireworks safe and secure, but also means you’ll need a bit of space (and maybe a few muscles 💪) to unload.
Pallets Ship Via Freight 🚛📦
Because Red Apple® fireworks are packed with serious, heavy-hitting power, they can't travel in a standard mail truck. Instead, your order is loaded onto a massive commercial semi-truck—that’s freight shipping!
Here is what you need to know about a freight delivery:
- Palletized Cargo: Your fireworks are stacked, wrapped, and strapped safely onto a wooden pallet to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will call you ahead of time to schedule a specific delivery window. You (or another adult) must be there to sign for it!
- Curbside Delivery: The driver will lower the pallet to the curb at the end of your driveway using a liftgate. They cannot haul the boxes up your driveway or into your garage, so have a dolly or some muscle ready to roll the stash into your garage!
💡 Doug’s Hurdle-Helper Pro-Tip:
The number one thing that trips customers up is residential access. If you live on a tiny dead-end street or a tight cul-de-sac where a massive 53-foot semi-truck can't physically fit, choose one of our Fireworks Pickup Spots instead! It saves you cash and eliminates the delivery headache completely.
