What if an item in my order doesn't perform to my satisfaction?

If you encounter a firework that doesn't perform as expected, we've got your back with our Performance Satisfaction Guarantee as part of our company's Happiness Guarantee. We might be able to credit you for the amount of that firework.

To make a claim under our Performance Satisfaction Guarantee:

1. Submit the claim here.
2. Provide your online order number or a photo of your in-store receipt.
3. Identify the firework that failed and clearly describe how it malfunctioned—for example, failing to launch or exploding on the ground.
4. Attach high-quality photos of the product and its packaging, showing its condition when received, and a short video demonstrating the performance issue if possible. You may also include other photos or videos that help show the product's condition or performance.

Submitted claims are reviewed internally, and the team may request additional evidence, such as a short performance video. Provide the evidence you have; do not put yourself at risk or travel somewhere unsafe or inconvenient to film fireworks. If photos or video are unavailable, explain why and describe the performance problem clearly. The claim can still be submitted for review, but approval and compensation are not guaranteed. The team will notify you when there is an update.

Because fireworks are hazardous materials, we generally cannot accept returns or ship items back after they have been handled or delivered. If you already submitted a claim, do not submit a duplicate; provide the order number and email used on the claim so its status can be checked. If you no longer have the malfunctioning items, photos, or videos, the claim can still be submitted for review, but approval and compensation are not guaranteed. After the claim is reviewed and the issue is confirmed, you may receive Red Apple Cash for the value of the affected product.
