Can I change or cancel my order?

We gotta keep it real with you, fam: once your order is locked in, we can't make any changes to it. It's like a done deal. But...

If Your Order Hasn't Shipped


If your order hasn't shipped yet and you really need to make some changes, here's the deal: we'll have to cancel and refund your entire order to store credit so you can re-place it with all the requested changes.

And, if you changed your mind about your order, we can also cancel your entire order in some cases.

Just keep in mind that if your order is already well into the fulfillment process, a 25% restocking fee may apply to cover the time and effort we've spent fulfilling your order to that point. Gotta cover those bases, you know?

If Your Order Already Shipped


If your order has already shipped, we got some issues: the shipping company's got some rules, and if we wanna cancel an order that's already been shipped, they're gonna hit us with a charge that we have to forward on to you. Bummer, right? On top of that, we gotta slap a 25% restocking fee on ya, plus you have to cover the cost of returning the goods. It's gonna be some serious dough, my dude.


Either way, to get the cancellation party started, hit us up with your order number and we'll sort it out for you. We're here to help, even if it means doing a little shuffle to make sure you get what you want.
