Can I change or cancel my order?
We gotta keep it 💯 with you, fam: once your order is in motion, changes can get tricky. But don’t worry—we’ve got options, depending on where your order’s at in the process.
Need to make a change? Here's how it works:
We’ll have to cancel your current order and hook you up with store credit so you can place a new one with all the right stuff.
If your order is already deep in the fulfillment game, a 25% restocking fee might kick in to cover the work we’ve already put in.
This one’s a bit tougher. If your order's already on the move:
You'll be on the hook for shipping charges both ways,
A 25% restocking fee, and
The cost of returning the items.
Yeah, we know—it’s a buzzkill. But we’ll still help however we can.
We can’t combine shipping orders after they’re placed. If you wanna bundle 'em up, you’ll need to cancel and re-place them as one order. Refunds come as store credit so you’re ready to roll again fast.
You’ve got 48 hours after placing your order to update your pickup appointment. Just let us know ASAP and we’ll get it sorted.
Changed your mind and want it shipped instead? Hit us up within 24 hours of placing your order. Once you confirm, we’ll send an invoice for the shipping cost and upgrade your order.
Didn’t show up and didn’t let us know? If it’s been 72 hours since your pickup time, we’ll cancel your order and drop the refund into your account as Red Apple Cash (store credit)—so it’s still ready when you are.
