What if an item in my order doesn't perform to my satisfaction?

If you encounter a firework that doesn't perform as expected, we've got your back with our Performance Satisfaction Guarantee as part of our company's Happiness Guarantee. We might be able to credit you for the amount of that firework.

To make a claim under our Performance Satisfaction Guarantee, submit the claim here and have the following information ready:

• Your online order number or a photo of your in-store receipt
• The name of the firework that failed
• A clear description of how it failed to function
• High-quality photos and/or videos showing the issue

Because fireworks are hazardous materials, we generally cannot accept returns or ship items back after they have been handled or delivered. After the claim is reviewed and the issue is confirmed, you may receive Red Apple Cash for the value of the affected product.
