What happens if I fall behind on my installment plan?
Oh no! If an authorization or monthly payment hits a snag, we'll shoot you an email lickety-split. You'll have 7 days to sort things out with your card provider or swap to a different card. During this window, we'll keep giving that declined transaction the ol' college try.
After 7 days, if we're still hitting roadblocks, we will charge your card for the full outstanding amount using the last successful authorization. That'll wrap up your installment plan early, kissin' goodbye to those sweet installment perks.
