Can you ship to me?
Yes! We can legally ship fireworks almost anywhere in the United States according to federal law.
However, some local laws (state, county, city, etc.) may over-regulate your ability to ship, store, possess, or otherwise use fireworks in your area. It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities since we rely on you for this purpose in fulfilling your order.
Once the fireworks are loaded on the delivery truck, they are yours (and so is the risk of confiscation or citation).
