How do I make a claim for lost or damaged fireworks💥?

After checking your delivery thoroughly and determining that there are items lost or damaged, you’ll need to clearly write the number of damaged or lost cartons on your Bill of Lading (BOL) that accompanies every shipment.

This must be done before you sign for anything! 💯👍🏼

Once you’ve established everything lost or damaged from your order, then sign the BOL and obtain a copy from the driver.

Within 3 days of the date of delivery, you must send us a high-quality picture of the notated BOL and each of the damaged goods (if applicable) to hi@redapplefireworks.com.
