What if an item in my order does not perform to my satisfaction or fails to perform?

If a firework fails to function as expected and/or intended by yourself or by Red Apple®, we may be able to credit you for the amount of the firework you purchased.

To file for a Creditable Product Claim, simply follow this procedure:

Send an email to hi@redapplefireworks.com with the following information included:

  • The information you used to place the order (full name, email address, phone number)
  • A list of the firework(s) that did not function as intended/expected
  • A description of how each firework failed to perform
  • High-quality pictures and/or videos that show how the firework(s) failed to perform

We will review the information you have provided and determine whether or not to issue a credit to your account.
