# Why aren't my account email address and password working at login?

Can't log in, huh? 😅

Here's the scoop: we've recently upgraded our tech game, making our website better than ever! 🚀

You can sign in through the [account portal](https://account.redapplefireworks.com); you don't need to visit a store. If the site won't establish a connection, turn on JavaScript and cookies, refresh the page, and temporarily disable any VPN or ad blocker.

But, you'll need to create a new account on our updated site. Unfortunately, your old account details like order history and wish lists didn't make the transition. Sorry about that! 😕
