# How does Red Apple Cash back work?

Easy peasy! You earn cash back on every fireworks purchase. Rise up in the ranks and earn Red Apple Cash on the reg. Save it up, and when you're ready, cash out and treat yo' self!

### How much cashback do I earn? 💸

Every time you shop as a Club Red Apple® member, you’ll rack up **cashback rewards** that can be used toward future purchases. 🙌 The percentage you earn depends on your membership tier.

* Once available, you can apply your cashback as **Red Apple Cash** toward your next order — online or in-store. 🎆

### Cash Out Online

You can cash out online like this:

1. Visit your [Account](https://www.redapplefireworks.com/account) page and review your available **Red Apple Cash** under **Store Credit**. Your reward balance is shown on the Account page, not currently in the app.
2. When you're ready to use it, head to checkout and find your available credits along with the **payment method options**.

Make sure to check the option to use your credits in your order!

If the **Store Credit** section is missing, make sure you’re signed in to the same account used for the order, then open the Account page directly. Red Apple Cash usually appears within 24 hours after an in-store pickup or after a shipping order leaves the warehouse; some credits may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

### Cash Out Instore

You can easily cash out your Red Apple Cash when checking out at any of our retail stores too! Just provide your account details to your cashier and they will handle the rest. Easy!

### When will I see my Red Apple Cash? 🕒

Regular purchase cashback typically appears within **24–48 hours after your order is fulfilled**.

* **In-Store Pickup:** Rewards are processed after you pick up your order and typically appear within 24–48 hours. 🚗
* **Shipping Orders:** Rewards are processed after your order leaves our warehouse and typically appear within 24–48 hours. 📦

For Club Red Apple® members who add Priority Processing & Shipping, the priority shipping credit (up to $100, depending on membership level) is also typically credited within 24–48 hours after fulfillment.

Once available, check your [Account](https://www.redapplefireworks.com/account) page under **Store Credit**. You can use the credit for future purchases online or at physical retail stores. For in-store purchases, provide your account details to the cashier so they can apply it at checkout.

### If your Red Apple Cash is missing

If it has been more than 48 hours since fulfillment and the credit is still missing, contact the support team with your order number and the email used at checkout so they can review your account.
