Here’s how it works when you upgrade to a higher membership tier:

You’ll Get Store Credit for Your Previous Membership

When you upgrade to a higher membership tier, we’ll give you store credit for the membership fee you already paid on your current tier.

For example — If you got the Essentials membership but want to upgrade to our Ultra tier, we'll give you a store credit for the Essentials plan fee you already paid. No sparks lost, just more perks gained!

🧾 How to Claim Your Credit

• Purchase any higher-tier membership — you can choose any tier above your current one.

• Submit your claim form — after your purchase, complete our quick Claim Request Form.

• Get your credit — once we verify your info, we’ll issue your store credit for the original membership fee you already paid.

⚠️ A Few Things to Keep in Mind

• You’ll need to complete the claim form after your upgrade — we can’t issue the credit automatically.

• Store credit will be issued once your claim is reviewed and approved.

​

• The credit can be used toward future purchases (because more fireworks are always a good idea 🎆).

• Memberships are tied to the original email address used during purchase and can’t be directly transferred to a new email address. If you no longer have access to that email, contact the team at yo@redapplefireworks.com or use the contact page with your old email, new email, and a note explaining the situation. The team can review the account information and possible options, so don’t purchase another membership before contacting them.
